WHEN DO I PAY AND CAN I GET A REFUND ?
As soon as we receive your items at SPP and verify they match the specifications in the proposal, we'll send you an booking deposit invoice. Once you've handled the payment part, we're good to dive right into the photoshoot.
We've integrated Stripe into our system, enabling us to accept all major credit and debit cards for your convenience.
It's important to note that our photography services are customised according to the approved guidelines. Therefore, once we initiate the photoshoot, we are unable to provide refunds, as the service is uniquely tailored to your needs.
HOW DO I SHIP THE PRODUCTS?
For the delivery of your items, you have the following options:
1. Arrange a time to drop off your products at SPP's studio located in Peakhurst.
2. Use your preferred shipping service to generate a shipping label and share the tracking number with us.
Once the images have been finalised and the completed gallery has been sent to you, you have a period of 30 days to request the return of your items. You can select one of the following methods:
1. Arrange a time to collect your products.
2. Supply your own label for return shipping.
3. Ask SPP to generate a shipping label for you, for which an invoice will be sent to you.
4. Choose to donate your items.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
Once we receive your payment, we'll kick off your project on the next business day.
Our standard delivery of your images are within 10 business days* after we've received both the products and the payment.
*excludes public holidays and applies to orders of up to 80 standard images.
DO YOU ACCEPT REVISIONS?
Yes! Any revisions required due to SPP's misinterpretation of your shooting instructions will be undertaken at no additional cost.
Conversely, if any revisions are needed due to client-provided directions that were not entirely clear and led to certain assumptions on our part, these revisions will incur a charge.
